Here at Jackie's Gifts & Collectibles, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you must notify us within 15 days of delivery.    Notify our office via e-mail at info@jackiesgifts.com and a return order # will be sent to you.  You MUST return the item in its original packaging.  When the item has been received a full refund (including shipping) will be issued to the payment method used as long as the Return Policy is followed and the returned item can be re-sold.

If you prefer, you may be issued a store credit to use on your next purchase.
